Global Prompts for Workday Reporting
Streamlined reporting in Workday Worksheets by enabling users to map prompt values across multiple reports from a single source. Reduced manual updates, improved data accuracy, and increased efficiency when managing complex workbooks. As Lead UX Designer, I collaborated with product and engineering to design, test, and launch the feature, resulting in 3.3k users and 12.3k workbooks using Global Prompts in the first six months.

AI Formula Assistant for Worksheets
As the lead UX designer, I designed the user experience for an AI formula assistant in Workday Worksheets, a spreadsheet tool that lets users work with live data directly within the Workday platform. This feature helps users write and understand formulas using natural language, lowering the learning curve, supporting in-platform adoption, and enabling clearer collaboration on shared data.

Obi: The Optical Blood Pressure Device
Designed a public health device that uses transdermal optical imaging to scan blood pressure and deliver results to users’ phones. Paired with an inviting physical form and mobile education platform, Obi helps close gaps in blood pressure literacy, care access, and heart-health awareness.

Assist: Pharmaceutical Literacy Solutions
Created a three-part solution addressing barriers in pharmaceutical literacy, including insurance understanding, pharmacy navigation, and medication adherence. By designing AssistInsure (insurance interpretation platform), AssistHub (private pharmacy consultation space), and AssistMed (medication adherence tool), the project empowers individuals to make informed decisions and access care confidently.
